IMDALSA’s Bukidnon Coffee, Cultivated by Arnel Garciano in the Talakag Region

This bag of coffee embodies the dedication of IMDALSA, an Agrarian Reform Cooperative supporting farmers at the base of Mt. Kitanglad in Bukidnon, Mindanao. The beans undergo meticulous processing, offering washed, honey, and natural options, and are dried on elevated beds within a weather-resistant facility. From pulping cherries to sorting grades, IMDALSA oversees every step of the process.

The natural processing method brings out rich dark chocolate notes, complemented by subtle sweetness from dried berries and delicate floral aromas. This coffee, a blend of Catimor and Red Bourbon varietals, offers a balanced flavor profile with a medium roast that preserves the beans' essence while adding nuanced roasty undertones. It promises a satisfying and memorable sensory experience, reflecting the unique terroir of Bukidnon, Mindanao, making it an exceptional choice for black coffee drinkers.
