We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You agree not to reproduce, duplicate, copy, sell, or exploit any portion of the service or products without express written permission from us.

We strive to ensure all product descriptions, pricing, and availability are accurate. However, we do not guarantee that all information is current or error-free. We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions at any time.

Orders and Payments

By placing an order, you agree to provide current, complete, and accurate purchase and account information. All prices are in [USD] and subject to applicable taxes. We accept payments through Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.

Shipping & Delivery

Please refer to our Shipping & Delivery Policy for details on processing times, shipping methods, and costs. We are not liable for delays once the package is in transit.

Returns & Refunds

To receive a refund or replacement, unused portions of coffee must be returned. However, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, please contact us within 21 days of receipt at hello@boondocksroasters.com

SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY

Shipping & Delivery Policy

Thank you for shopping with us! Below you'll find all the details about how we ship your coffee.

Shipping Methods

We proudly ship all orders via United States Postal Service (USPS) to ensure reliable and timely delivery across the U.S.

  • Standard Shipping (USPS Ground Advantage): 3–7 business days

  • Priority Mail: 1–3 business days

Please note: Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and USPS volume.

Order Processing

  • All orders are processed within 1–2 business days.

  • Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the next business day.

Free Shipping

We offer FREE standard USPS shipping on all orders over $50 (before tax and after discounts).
Orders under $50 will be charged a flat rate of $6.95.

Shipping Area

We currently ship within the United States, including Alaska, Hawaii, and U.S. territories.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a confirmation email with a USPS tracking number so you can follow your coffee’s journey right to your doorstep.

Delays & Issues

While we do our best to ensure prompt delivery, we are not responsible for delays caused by USPS, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. If you encounter issues with delivery, please contact us at hello@boondocksroasters.com

RETURNS AND REFUNDS

Can I get a refund?


We truly expect you to enjoy our product; however, if you are dissatisfied for any reason, here is what you do. Because we roast to order, the following rules apply:

If you are not pleased with the product, you must notify us within 21 days of receipt of your order.

  • We will be happy to refund the cost of your purchase or replace it with an equivalent product. To receive a refund or replacement, unused portions of coffee must be returned.

  • Shipping costs will be refunded at the original cost to ship to you.

  • If the product is deficient, the bag is broken, etc., we’ll get you a new one.

  • To request a return, please contact us at hello@boondocksroasters.com, including your order date, name on the order, and which coffee(s) you would like to return and why.

What happens if my package is never delivered or is returned to you?

If your package has gone missing or has been returned to us, please contact us, and we will do our best to resolve the issue in the most appropriate manner possible.

We have no way of knowing about these issues unless we are notified, and we are more than willing to work toward a mutually beneficial solution when these errors occur.  If you provided an incorrect address we will charge you to reship your order.

CANCELLATION & SUBSCRIPTION POLICY

Cancellation Policy

Managing Your Subscription:
Customers who purchase subscription products can easily view and manage their subscriptions by logging into their accounts. To access your subscriptions:

  • Step 1: Log in to your account.

  • Step 2: Click on "My Account."

  • Step 3: Click on "Subscriptions" to view all your active subscriptions.

Subscription Details:
In the "Subscriptions" section, you can click on any active subscription to view the following details:

  • The next order date.

  • The product price (excluding shipping and taxes).

  • The subscription frequency (e.g., monthly, bi-weekly).

  • Order history.

  • Saved billing and shipping information.

  • If applicable, the number of payments left (if the subscription has a limited number of renewals).

How to Cancel a Subscription

Cancellation Process:
To cancel your subscription, simply follow these steps:

  • Step 1: Log in to your account.

  • Step 2: Navigate to "My Account" and select "Subscriptions".

  • Step 3: Click on the subscription you wish to cancel.

  • Step 4: Click on the “Cancel Subscription” button.

Confirmation:
After canceling your subscription, you will receive an email notification confirming your cancellation.

Important Information Regarding Cancellations

  • No Immediate Effect on Recent Orders:
    Canceling your subscription will not automatically cancel any most recent orders that have already been processed or are in progress. You will still receive the most recent order based on your subscription schedule.

  • Subscription Renewal:
    After cancellation, your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period, and you will not be charged for the next cycle.

  • Refunds:
    Cancellations are subject to the terms and conditions of your subscription plan. Please refer to our return policy for any refund eligibility or special conditions related to cancellations.
