A cornerstone of Philippine coffee, Robusta thrives in elevations where Arabica cannot, supporting farming communities with its resilience and consistency. While often known for bold and bitter profiles, this lot reflects what’s possible when care is taken at every step, bringing out balance, sweetness, and depth.
Bumolo’s Integrated Farm
Grown and processed by Bumolo’s Integrated Farm, this coffee was naturally processed, allowing the fruit to slowly dry around the seed and develop structure and character.
The result is a cup with notes of cacao, brown sugar, and toasted nuts—grounded, comforting, and elevated.
